The Organic Il Quarto farmhouse was born as a completion of an organic farm that has been established in these wonderful places for generations.
The farm is managed and followed with extreme passion and simplicity by Melissa with her family. The dedication to the guests is in the first place, for us their satisfaction is of fundamental importance, the possibility of passing on our customs, our foods, and that is why we dedicate a lot of time to the preparation of breakfasts using only certified Tuscan company products. organic and local.
In our breakfast it is possible to taste sweets, jams, honey, milk, yogurt, bread, cheeses, cold cuts and seasonal fruit.
The desserts are strictly made by Melissa using old family recipes, some types such as Easter cakes and brioches are cooked in a wood oven.
The jams produced with seasonal fruits deriving directly from our organic garden-orchard are produced by us according to our traditions.
Honey is purchased from local companies, always produced with the utmost authenticity.
Having been members for 50 years of the Social Dairy of Manciano, it allows us to taste ricotta and cheeses produced exclusively with local milk and ancient recipes in the breakfasts.
Even the cured meats are of local origin, they come from animals raised in organic farms adjacent to ours.
